January 19, 2016 - Virtusa’s Governance, Risk & Compliance consulting practice (“GRC”) advises top-tier companies across the full spectrum of industry verticals. We assist organizations in maintaining both efficiency and compliance in increasingly complex regulatory environments. Virtusa’s GRC practice deploys industry professionals who are experienced in various areas of Risk and Compliance, to provide a hands-on approach to program management, operational efficiency, remediation and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Actively sell Virtusa’s GRC consulting services to enterprise clients in industries including Banking & Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, Retail and others.
- Prospect for and close business with new clients
- Resell business to the existing clients
Knowledge & Experience
- We are looking for a person with a large client rolodex and 10-15 years of experience selling enterprise solutions in a variety of industries, with a minimum of 5 years selling GRC services and solutions.
- Demonstrated expertise in GRC or other related Risk or Compliance discipline.
- GRC experience in Banking & Financial Services / Insurance experience highly desirable.
- Experience selling deal sizes of USD 200M – 2MM.
- Superior influencing and interpersonal skills, with the ability to advise clients but also knowing when to listen to clients’ concerns.
Education & Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business or other applicable discipline.
- MBA preferred.
