Kathryn Carlson, Chief Product Officer has more more than 20 years of product management and product development leadership experience. Before joining Riskonnect, Kathryn was vice president of product management at KPA, an EHS software, online training, and consulting company. Prior to KPA, she held positions in product management, product marketing and product development, including leading the team at ADP that developed the patented Decision Matrix applicant selection software. Kathryn’s approach to product management blends pragmatism and innovation, leading to solutions that solve clients’ most pressing problems, decrease time to market and deliver true value.
Rebecca Hubis is the senior director of product marketing at Riskonnect, where she draws on her extensive experience in compliance, risk management, and product strategy to drive growth and innovation. A graduate of the Colorado School of Mines with a degree in Engineering Economics, Rebecca combines a strong analytical foundation with a proven track record of leading successful product initiatives. Her expertise in aligning technology solutions with business objectives has made her a key contributor to Riskonnect’s mission of empowering organizations to navigate risk and achieve operational resilience.
