February 10, 2014 - ITRS Group Ltd, the leading global provider of performance monitoring and management technology, has announced today the launch of its highly flexible analytic framework for data integrity, Geneos Market Data Monitor or MDM.

MDM is designed for investment banks, brokers and exchanges and provides powerful analytic capabilities giving real-time oversight across data derived from multiple, independent market data feeds. With the MDM solution users can build relative price algorithms to compare the content and latency of feeds inter or intra vendors, ensure data integrity, contribution consistency and respond to potential or actual events such as threshold alerts, volumes or gaps and price fluctuations.

From initial concept through to launch, the design priority has been to use the well-proven advanced monitoring of ITRS Geneos with an open API. The MDM API supports the Lua language, chosen for its excellent performance, speed and powerful syntax. MDM provides a library of feed adapters such as NYSE, Trading Technologies, GL Trade, Thomson Reuters and Bloomberg; it is also fully customisable, enabling operational teams to create their own feeds and data analysis.
