Barclaycard US, based in Wilmington, Del., creates customized co-branded credit card programs for some of the nation's most successful travel, entertainment, retail and financial institutions. The business, considered a pioneer in payments, is part of Barclays PLC, the global bank with more than 300 years of experience and millions of customers worldwide.
