Martin Boyd is the Principal Consultant at Ergo. He is an industry thought leader for change management and its role in maximising business performance. He has developed a methodology for managing large scale business change, which can be applied to manage any form of change whether the driver is compliance, cost reduction or improving business performance. The methodology has been developed based on his experience working in the UK Finance, Rail and IT sectors. It is this broad range of experience that enables the methodology to be applied in any situation. To support the methodology Ergo Ltd have developed an IT application called Enterprise PACE, which is a unique business change tool. Martin has implemented change and developed business processes for large governance teams that manage investment spend, business risk and compliance.

Martin holds a degree in Mathematics from the University of Durham, England and a diploma in Business Analysis.
